Founded in 2014, Passos de Oliveira Advogados was established with the founder’s solid 12 years of prior experience, including work at two of the country’s largest law firms and several multinational companies. The firm’s multidisciplinary team is committed to market experience and high technical expertise, aiming to provide the highest standard of legal service to its clients. The firm operates throughout Brazil, with a primary focus on the Southeast and South regions, and also serves foreign clients with business interests in Brazil as well as Brazilian clients with operations abroad.

Who is Gilvan Passos de Oliveira?
Gilvan Passos de Oliveira is an attorney with solid experience in Tax Law, Agribusiness Law, and Corporate Labor Relations. Founding partner of Passos de Oliveira Advogados, he has over a decade of experience advising companies on the legal structuring of their operations and the mitigation of legal risks.
Holding an LL.M. in Tax Law and an LL.M. in Agribusiness Law, he combines academic excellence with a strategic, results-oriented practice. He works in reducing tax and labor contingencies, conducting union negotiations, performing legal audits, and developing strategies for business expansion, including operations involving foreign capital.
His work is guided by a preventive approach, refined technical expertise, and a proactive stance, ensuring legal certainty and a solid foundation for the growth of his clients’ businesses.
